Youth & Prevention Programming

(W-H-Y-S Framework)

Designed for young athletes and families, this programming focuses on character development, leadership, emotional awareness, and substance use education (including alcohol) — helping build resilience before challenges become crises.

Peer-Led Groups

These workshops provide safe, supportive environments for shared growth and accountability.

Virtual Group Sessions (60–90 minutes) - $125 – $250 per session

In-Person Group Sessions - $250 – $500 per session

*Groups < 20 people

These sessions are grounded in lived experience and designed to walk alongside individuals navigating recovery or life transition.
